Teenager who used hair dye to turn her roots blonde 'is left with bald patches and chemical burns'

Summer Jackson, from Michigan, washed the dye off when her scalp felt 'on fire'. Clumps of her hair fell out after she washed it so she went to hospital, where she was given a cream to heal the wounds.
