Tori Roloff looks a little bit different these days.
Because she's expecting her second child and her belly is growing at a very fast rate and she admittedly looks larger and far more out of proportion than she even did with her first pregnancy?
Well, yes.
But the Little People, Big World cast member has also gone ahead and changed up her hairstyle, sharing a couple snapshots of her fresh look on Instagram this week.
"So I did a thing..." Tori penned as a caption to these pictures, tagging the name of the salon that cut her hair along with this very simple message.
As you can see below, Tori's hair is now shorter and pretty darn wavy, barely making it down past her shoulders.
What do you think, readers?!?
Tori is not one to typically focus on her appearance.
She has managed to exceed one million Instagram followers mostly by just being a kind, generous, down-to-Earth person who frequently shares photos of her adorable son, Jackson.
But the reality star has been posting a number of baby bump photos of late, while also opening up about the insecurity that comes along with this expecting state.
"I’ve gotten bigger a lot faster than I did with Jackson and I’ve become a lot more insecure," Roloff admitted a month ago, sounding just like millions of other pregnant women and then adding:
"Hearing people ask me if I’m sure it’s not twins definitely does not help (for all our sakes-don’t ever ask a woman this question. Like ever)."
She continued in this revealing post:
"It’s been hard to really enjoy this pregnancy because I’ve let my own body image issues get in the way."
We could be totally wrong here, but our guess as to why Tori just cut her hair is that she wanted to regain a sense of control over her looks -- if that makes any sense.
She and husband Zach are expecting a girl and the due date is right around Thanksgiving.
To conclude her very candid Instagram message about her own body issues, Tori addressed other pregnant women out there and wrote the following.
It's worth scrolling down to read because it's a pretty great example of why we admire her to such a degree...
Us as women are so badass. Like we can grow babies. And I know I need to give this up to God right and be thankful for this gift-and I’m trying trust me.
But for all those women out there-pregnant or not- you need to hear this just like I do.
You’re beautiful, you’re strong, and dang it love yourself no matter what. I know someone besides just me needs to hear that today.
So excuse me while I go try my best to live out these words and continue growing a freaking human being.
We love it.
Look for new episodes of Little People, Big World to debut on TLC some time next year.
